Where we find ourselves unable to control what’s happening externally, we come to realise that we do have the ability to control (or at least learn to control) how we react in these times – what we do, say, think and feel.
The coaching circle will be founded on my core work values - honesty, vulnerability, community, connection, learning (wisdom) and compassion. We will explore how these values help to create conditions for personal growth and development - provided we have the courage to take the first steps – making transformation possible.
We will explore a theme together each week for 90-minutes, reflecting, exploring and discussing what the theme means to us, sharing insights, experience as well as manageable steps forward.
Each 90-minute session will start and conclude with a short mindfulness practice.
This programme is open to all. Commitment to all 5 sessions is paramount for continuity of personal development and connection with fellow participants.
Sessions will be held via Zoom. It's easy to join and use. Joining instructions will be sent to you upon booking.
Suggested themes to explore (which are open for discussion and may change depending on the group’s needs and interest):
• Anxiety & self-compassion - Anxiety can be crippling. How can we turn towards anxiety and transform it?
• Radical change - We are creatures of habit. How can we embrace radical change?
• Seeing the good & beauty in the broken - Learning how to see the good in everyday life experience vs focusing on what's lacking.
• Self-criticism vs self-kindness - How self-kindness can fundamentally change our life experience and make us emotionally more robust.
• Saying yes - In accepting our experience as it is, even if it’s a part of your life you don’t particularly like, you can achieve a sense of ease, keep perspective and take more effective actions.
