45-minute online meditation & mindfulness practice for difficult times. I am offering one session weekly on Fridays @12.00 - 12.45pm BST.
Each session will focus on a different led practice as well as a key mindfulness teaching to maintain good mental health.
In these 45-minute sessions I will be guiding us through a meditation practice to ground ourselves, to calm the mind, to connect and to remember that we are not alone, to stay resourceful and resilient. Each session is run as a stand-alone session.
No prior experience is necessary.

I will be running these sessions via Zoom videoconferencing. When you book your place you will be sent a link to join the meditation & mindfulness session. All you need to do is follow the link to join.
I offer a payment scheme: free places, standard places at £5, donation based places (pay as little or as much as you like/can).
