Parcival is a reflective development experience, designed for compassionate leadership professionals.

Being a leader is hard. Pushing against established systems to become an ethical leader can be even harder.

Parcival offers a leadership programme for people who want to lead differently, and need help getting started. Unlike traditional training courses that tend to focus on pre-existing leadership models, the ethical leadership programme is different. We focus on people, not models, and we learn together in small groups.

Facilitated by Alister Scott and I, the ethical leadership programme from Parcival enables ethical leaders work on their practice of ethics. Delivered entirely online, the programme consists of six real-time sessions held over a six week period. The programme takes place three times per year, with each cohort having a maximum of nine participants. This intentionally intimate group format allows leaders the time and space that’s required to share personal insight and experience, and to grow together as a close-knit group.
