Mindfulness practice is a practice that unfolds and deepens. It’s no quick fix, but I guarantee it will be deeply rewarding to your personal and work life. Try my evening / after work mindful relaxation. Make sure you sit in a comfortable and quiet space with your feet on the ground and your hands resting in your lap. You can do this mindful practice with your eyes open or with your eyes closed whatever feels best to you. Enjoy!
