6-WEEK MINDFULNESS FOR STRESS COURSE AT KEW GARDENS
Tap into your own inner resources and learn mindfulness practices in the beautiful setting of Kew Gardens

Mindfulness is now recognised as a useful life skill to improve focus and clarity, listening and decision-making, and perhaps most importantly, overall wellbeing.
Practising mindfulness can help to completely shift how we experience life. It can change how we notice and respond to day-to-day challenges as well as positive life experiences.
No prior experience necessary. All welcome.
We will be doing activities sitting, standing and walking mainly on the grounds of Kew Gardens. There will be an indoor venue available should we need it.
