Mindfulness practice is a practice that unfolds and deepens. It’s no quick fix, but I guarantee it will be deeply rewarding to your personal and work life. Try my evening / after work mindful relaxation. Make sure you sit in a comfortable and quiet space with your feet on the ground and your hands resting in your lap.
