In 1:1 coaching, a client typically chooses an issue or part of their life they would like to focus on and explore. I listen, observe and ask open questions that ignite that person’s best thinking, helping them to find their own solution and way forward.
I am delighted to offer a range of different coaching programmes and formats for different client needs. These include:
– a Starter Programme to explore one specific issue. Ideal for clients who are new to coaching and what to explore what coaching can offer
– a Going Deeper Programme – giving clients the opportunity to explore and gain a deeper understanding of one or two ingrained or recurring issues
– an Accelerated Programme – a continuous and comprehensive process of self-exploration.
I also offer Coaching Immersion Days in Green Space. Walk amid the beauty of green spaces like Kew Gardens, Hampstead Heath or Regent’s Park or enjoy an intensive Coaching while Hiking Day in the beautiful Seven Sisters Country Park in East Sussex.

1:1 coaching while walking. Sessions run for 1 hour.
With private 1:1 clients I mainly work in London’s Victoria Park (E2, E3, E8 and E9). With corporate and organisational clients I work in green spaces near their office or indoors.
What to wear: Please wear comfortable shoes, trainers or walking boots, warm clothes as well as a raincoat depending on the weather. Please bring a rucksack instead of a shoulder bag if you carry things as it allows you to walk more freely. Further information on coaching outdoors >>
