If the answer is yes to both questions, you might be interested in this 6-week mindfulness course for the workplace to reduce stress, anxiety and to restore wellbeing. This course is aimed at private, public and third sector organisations alike who wish to offer support to their employees to better deal with stress and anxiety in the workplace and to enhance health, motivation and morale.
1 out of 4 people in almost every country suffer from some common mental ill-health such as depression, stress or anxiety in the workplace (Sir Cary Cooper, co-founder of Robertson Cooper, A Good Day at Work Conference in 2014).
And a report by the New Economics Foundation, Wellbeing at Work (2014) found that higher employee productivity and performance is associated with better psychological wellbeing.
This course runs very well at lunch time or in the latter part of the afternoon. Each session runs for at least 1.5 – and max 2hrs (depending on your time commitment) over 6 consecutive weeks – ideally at the same time each week.
