We will explore what mindfulness practice is and how it can help you better deal with stress and anxiety on a day to day basis.
We will be doing exercises in pairs and as a group so that you can experience for yourself what mindfulness is and learning how to begin to bring mindful practice into your life in an easy, enjoyable and manageable way.
The workshop is suitable for anyone experiencing stress and anxiety associated with work, relationships, loss and other factors which are often outside of our control. It is for anyone who is new to mindfulness and who would like to start again.

I have been delivering mindfulness courses since 2014. I have been practicing myself for almost 10 years and have trained with Breathworks-Mindfulness UK, one of the UK’s leading mindfulness training organisations.
I follow the Good Practice Guidelines set out by the UK Network for Mindfulness-Based Teacher Training Organisations. There are lots of mindfulness teachers now in London and UK, but many are not properly qualified or experienced, so do take care when you book a course. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about my background and experience.
